Home Made Pizza
This recipe is compound of 3 parts: Pizza Dough Recipe, Recipes for diferent Pizza’s Styles and Recipes for sauces.

Pizza Dough Recipe
Ingredients: (2 serves)
* 250 gr flour
* 3 tbs oil
* 30 gr fresh yeast
* water
* salt
* sugar Method
1. Mix the flour and the oil. Adding more oil makes the dough more crunchy.
2. Dissolve the yeast in water (37º) and add to the mixture.
If is needed because is to dry add more water (bit a bit)
Add more flour if is too sticky.
3. Knead the mixture during 15-20 min.
4. Leave it to stand in a cool place during 1-2 hours

Barbecue Sauce
* 250 gr ketchup
* 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
* 1 can of coke
* salt
* 1 tbs soya
* spice red pepper
Mix all the ingredients and cook with low heat until the water dissapear
Home Made Pizza Carbonara Sauce
Whisk the yolks and the cream and cook for a few minutes Curry Sauce
